Apply to be a Vendor at the Lake City Arts Fest!
Please read all information below prior to completing the application.

Location: Downtown Plattsburgh, NY. You will be notified of your exact location after your application has been accepted and approved by the LCAF planning committee.
Date and Time: Saturday, August 23rd, 11:00AM- 4:00PM

Tables, chairs, and tents are not provided by LCAF. Be prepared to bring their own tents, tables, chairs, fixtures, etc.
It is required to have weights for your tent.
Vendor fee: $45

You can share a booth with other vendors (no additional fee).
After acceptance to the festival EACH vendor is required to complete all necessary paperwork, and pay fees by required deadlines. Artists cannot participate if paperwork is incomplete or late.
All vendors must have a sales tax number or tax exempt ID number.
Vendors agree to stay open for the entire duration of the event (11:00AM-4:00PM).
The LCAF will not take any commission on sales for this event. The LCAF charges a flat fee for the space rental and vendors handle and account for all sales themselves. All mediums are accepted. All artworks must be original in nature. Vendors must abide by state and local laws when selling their goods.

The LCAF has the right to refuse an artist’s registration on the following conditions:
The artist has not made the items themselves
Items are not handmade.
There are too many of the same type of artwork being shown (first come first serve)
Content is not appropriate.
Contains drug paraphernalia.

Deadline to submit an application is Tuesday, June 10, 2025.
Accepted applications will be notified by Friday, June 20, 2025.
All Fees and Paperwork are due by Tuesday, July 15, 2025.
